A small house in Surat, three generations deep.

SBM began behind a Surat home in 1997 — three brass jars, one wooden ladle, and a matriarch who believed every guest deserved blessing in a box.

Today the brass jars are kept under glass. The matriarch's standards now reach Mumbai weddings, Delhi boardrooms, Toronto Diwalis. Nothing leaves Surat without our seal.
